A child, Chef Ohad was introduced to the kitchen by his grandfather Tzion, one of the founders of Eilat and known for establishing the famous "Tzion Beach" in the city.Cooking for him became a passion, as he peeled potatoes and helped the cooks. Having begun his professional career at the age of 16 in faraway Nahariya, Ohad was also a prize-winning sailor.His career began shortly after he left the army, with a stint as a cook at the legendary "Herbert Samuel".
